I figured I can become a bounty hunter on commission to track WSB members taking out max loans and fleeing country. Usually, after acquiring as much as they could with no collateral (being broke asses they are), they'd flee the country to some place like Mexico, thinking they can get protection from Cartel and avoid arrest. I could just share commission % with cartel to hand me those guys over, making a full time living, or at least some mula for FDs to keep reddit karma up with loss porn.

I think this should work but tell me if I'm missing any angle here.
