1. change matchmaking so;
   1. it doesn't put you up against completely different player levels
   2. it disallows or SEVERELY punishers tankers
   3. a player can check a box next to each game mode they want to include in their MM search
2. put ALL development behind enabling cross platform play, which will greatly assist with matchmaking. Re-write the game from the ground up if you need to.
3. put more dev time into new maps that allow for new and interesting terrain for the mega-tonne of existing weapons and bots to leverage.
4. change the hangar interface;
   1. so it's quick and smooth
   2. make a function like; "unequip all weapons" or "equip recommended"
   3. allow weapon swapping to drag and drop between each bots, it's cumbersome to change builds. If this isn't possible, focus on point 4.1
5. improve the squad screen by making an icon to indicate when a player is in a match, this will make inviting lobby players much easier
6. make the game fit the full screen of phones like the Galaxy S8/S9. I've got these fat black bars on either side of my screen that could be used for the game.
7. alter the ShockTrain so it's 400m range and takes 5 seconds to discharge
8. stop making every new weapon with a low if not virtually non-existant reload time. The game was better when releasing a payload required forethought and strategy knowing you'd be exposed for a period of time. In fact, stop making new weapons and bots.. refer to point 3.
9. listen to your community. You're haemorrhaging loyal players.

And for heaven's sake, take down that image of a Mercury crashing down on a Rog and a Destrier. It represents some of the worst aspects of the game!
