Will I ever not be tired after walking 10 miles?
Post Body

Hiya, so I’ve had my walking treadmill for about three months and I have a standing desk so I usually walk while I work. My treadmill doesn’t have an incline and I walk at 2.4 mph so really nothing strenuous. I’d say for about a month I have been walking 8-10 miles a day 3-4x a week. While it seems so easy while I’m doing it, I’ve found that I’m just dead tired afterwards. I figured my stamina would catch up at some point and I’d stop feeling so fatigued after my workday but that hasn’t seemed to happen. Will my body ever adjust or am I just pushing myself too far? Thanks!
