Walking in winter vs in spring
Post Body
I used to walk along the seaside during lunch breaks. While going to and coming back from work, I would get off the ferry at the pier which was a bit far from my workplace and home, to create myself walking distances. I was taking at least 10000 steps every day. I walked less this winter because I started to work from home and also the weather was very cold. Since I did not want to walk long distances because of very cold weather, I waited for spring to come. Meanwhile I exercised indoors. Now I will start walking again in April. Do you ever take a break from long walks in the winter? Do you walk less in cold weather, like me? Does the weather affect your walking habits?
