So let me add some context to this. I pretty much swore off intense physical activities since April due to acute tendinitis in my knees. Since October, I’ve been walking on the treadmill at increasingly higher angles to get back into it and do some cardio.
I started walking on the treadmill after strength training so I always had flat shoes. These flat shoes (Vans) always feel soooooo good on the treadmill. The moment I go to the gym just to walk and bring walking shoes (training shoes?), it starts to feel pretty bad after 10-15 min. I got different insoles that target the part of my soles that are in pain, and still nothing.
I’ve also noticed that when I walk downtown a lot, my flat shoes are generally more comfy than active where shoes.
Even in the recent past, I’ve played tennis and jogged in OnCloud cloud flashes, which are pretty lightweight and flat shoes too.
I feel I’m gonna do more damage than anything since I don’t have arch support l, but just curious
Thanks y’all
