On my fitness quest tore my bicep, now will set walk goals

29 m here just lost a lot of upper body exercises I can do and was sad at first. Now I will use this time to take nice long walks and take in nature. I have a park close by and a very nice looking neighborhood. Combine that with some nice weather and it is perfect. In an effort to stay fit I will starting walking a minimum of 2 miles everyday. Little by little I plan on upping the distance or area. Feel free to leave any suggestions or advice Walking buddies are also welcome
