Intentionally misleading tweet.
Councilmen and salesmen just become Councilmember and Salesperson. A person with a primary school education can figure this out. No wonder the left meme about the right all the time if this is the reaction they get.
The shift to a gender-neutral language isn't difficult and affirms everyone.
