It kinda was an accident really. I've always figured my birth control pills were killing my sex drive and made me feel depressed. But I just accepted it as the price I had to pay to not get pregnant.
I've had a change in schedule therefore I'm no longer able to order my pills the time I normally did and I never thought about it when I was able to. So I forgot to order them until the last minute...which was right when I was packing to leave for the weekend. I was literally on my way out of town and stopped by the pharmacy to pick them up as I was leaving...and apparently I never ordered them. When I got home I saw that I had the screen still up and I never hit the final "Place Order" button. Oops.. Well by the time I was back home it was too late to start the pack and I have to go this month without them and I can start again on my next cycle.
But I don't want to. I feel soo much happier. So much better, mentally. Also my sex drive is back and it's made my fiance and I feel a lot closer to each other. My fiance agreed that I can stop taking the pills. He hates condoms so we'll just use them during my fertile period. I have a thermometer and ovulation test strips coming in tomorrow. I've always tracked my periods on my phone just so I can plan vacations and such around them. It was pretty regular before I was on the pills and this isn't the first time I've went without them for a month or two. I've always stayed right on track. I think it'll be easy to track my cycle. This is my first cycle without the pills. I'm on CD10 I've been paying attention to my CM and I kinda think I'm not going to start ovulating right away. But I'm still going to be safe an use condoms for the next week or so.
I know there was a thread a few weeks ago on this method and a lot of you guys are using this method as well. Do you have any tips or advice for me? I've already started reading TCOYF.
