My abusive ex keeps telling me I’m running out of time.

I’m so upset. I know he’s just trying to convince me to get back with him, but he’s using something he knows I want more than anything against me. It’s making me so anxious. I’m currently 29 years old and nowhere near in a position to date. Not to mention I have PCOS and I already have anxiety about infertility. Can anyone in their 30s please give me some hope?
