Element bolt not recording Di2 gear changes

Elemnt Bolt (WB15 - 14187)

Di2 8050 Ultegra with WU-111 wireless (all latest firmware)

I've linked the Bolt to Di2 wirelessly

Front and rear gear details show correctly on Bolt. Hidden buttons on hood change screens correctly on bolt, so it all appears to be connected and working well

When I finished my first ride, there was no Gear Shift data show in the Wahoo ride summary on the app, nor is there Di2 data in the FIT file (someone helped validate this for me).

Has anyone run into this problem before? If so I'd be interested it know what you did to fix it.

Next step is to factory reset the Bolt and add everything in again, which is a bit of a pain
