Master Grill Ops, PLEASE HELP!!!

So today my district manager walked up to me with a Master Grill OP Certification Guide, and was told to finish it ASAP. I've been a Grill OP for about 3 months now. I didn't do any sort of training class or anything (was told I was supposed to), I just sort of figured it out and have been rocking it. Where am I supposed to find the answers to these questions without those classes ? Is there a different book or something I was supposed to be given to study?
