I've worked for waffle house on and off for 8 years I've met good managers and I've met shitty bottom of the barrel managers screwing their servers playing favorites treating others like trash liars stealers all of the above but today was it for me i listened to the area supervisor throw a good friend of mine under the bus after trying to leave a toxic situation at the store she was at which was to far from where she moved anyway and she was planning to request a transfer to a store closer to her anyway she's not confrontational so going back and fourth is not her thing what's crazy is I vouched for her and took up for her I asked him to talk her said he don't need to talk to her but he obviously talked to the toxic store manager that's scewing one of his servers which I hinted at to the area supervisor not to mention he talks to them fxxked up man she was late one day and still showed up and they talked about her because she stayed past the 1st shift but she has to go get her children who in their right mind gonna put waffle house over their kids I know i won't I'm done with waffle house fr I've seen horrible grill ops to last year a grill op cursed me out threatened me and left and return the next day to work his next shift and the store manager just stood there let him and go and let him return the next day had a white woman call me a bitch and got her meal comped because she decided she just didn't like me and I have Hella wafflehouse nightmares I could tell this company has gone down hill so bad
