CTH480 OR XP 960

I have a friend of mine who used CTH-480 for a month but decided to opt to digital display tablets so he is selling it for 85$, or I could buy the XP-PEN G960 which is compatible with andriods and at the same price segment.
What I will do with the tablet? Mainly (Writing and drawing on Microsoft One Note) Secondary (Draw manga idk on what software yet)
What I need? Reliability (good life span) Precision (writing)
