So I've had my Intuos for a few weeks now. I'm using it on Windows 10 and it hasn't been connecting through bluetooth for a while now. I've also had an Intuos S BT (2018), which I returned since it had the same problem and I assumed it was because of a defect tablet. I'm using a simple bluetooth dongle, which I bought for about $5,-.
As for the explanation of the problem; At first the tablet wasn't connecting automatically, but if I went into my Bluetooth settings on my PC and deleted it, it would show up and work if I searched for it again. This was a bit of a bother, but in the end, it did work wirelessly.
Right now however, my PC doesn't even recognize it as a tablet anymore (https://i.imgur.com/5hqW5wR.png). As you can see, it shows up under other devices, as opposed to mouse, keyboard and pen, making it unusable while wireless.
I've tried reinstalling the Wacom software and also deleting the tablet from my device manager. I've also tried updating my bluetooth drivers.
EDIT: Forgot to mention it, but it does work normally wired, but because of my desk situation, it's not that easy to set up.
