Can't turn "Double Click Distance" off (Bamboo CTL 470 on Windows 8.1)

As the title says, I can't turn the double click distance off in the Wacom Preferences panel. This is a real old tablet, and the slider only goes to "small", instead of "off". This means I can't solve the issue where the start of a line jumps. Any way to get around this? I can't find anything online, since the solution is always "set double click distance to off", which I can't do. Can I edit something in the registry?

You have to turn off "use windows ink".
