AC compressor out again

I don't know what to do with this thing. The brand new compressor I had installed is locking the clutch up while in operation, which is making the belt slip and make a bunch of racket. I used a Four Seasons compressor off Rock Auto as it had good reviews but should I just bite the bullet and switch to the Behr(sp?) factory unit? Any advice or suggestions are welcome as this is my first Mercedes, and she deserves to be treated right lol. TIA
