Any guys out there that have gotten their Meta pants shortened/hemmed?
As a 5'9 chubby-ish guy I'm pretty acustomed to wearing 30" inseam pants that are slightly a little long and bunching up and it's not a big deal to me (I'm probably more like a 28.5 or 29" inseam in reality).
I recently picked up a few used pairs of Meta pants on eBay for cheap. I do like how they look and feel for the most part. But all of them seem like the legs are long on me. They really bunch up and get baggy below the leg. They almost look like pajama pants. Whereas if they were shorter and more tapered, I'd feel more than comfortable wearing them to the office. But for now I probably couldn't wear them for much other than casual errands or hanging out with family.
Has anyone taken their Meta pants to get hemmed? Success stories? Cautionary tales? Do they lend themselves well to alterations? I can take these to any drycleaner or tailer to get altered, right?
I'm not imagining that these run kind of long/baggy, no? Seems like the sizing is a little odd. Especially when the Meta Joggers are well known for running shorter (which I love, btw).
