First bike

Iām considering buying a 2022 Vulcan s, it has a little under 6,000 miles on it. The guy wants $4,000 for it. The bike has been garage kept and when I took it for a test ride everything felt great. Clean title and everything it just has one accident reported from 2023, the bike has no damage except a scratch on a plastic part in the rear. Should I get this bike. Bike also has a aftermarket lighting kit.
