A scenario in which a blood bonded ghoul is given a Submerged Directive to attack their master when hearing a key phrase.
Does the level of the Blood Bond impact the ghoul’s impulse to resist the Submerged Directive?
I see it as a contest between the Dominator vs. The Blood Bond
