Hi! First of all, sorry If I make some mistakes with some words, I'm not an english speaker.
So I'm currently learning the rules and all of Vampire V5, because my wife and I want to try somethings else than fantasy. And I've never really mastered modern settings before, and never Vampire too.
What's the best advice for a new GM ? We play only the two of us, is there somethings special to not forget when playing with only one player? We do that in D&D5/PF2, and she play a vampire really often so Vampire seems like a good things, and we really want to try a modern settings.
Having very thorough character development and background helps a lot. I use novel writer checklists for character development/profiling.
The game is beyond the dots on paper. The more βrealβ the character the easier it is to generate meaningful and engaging interactions.
