Nerd help making a Tremere/Malkavian Bloodline

So I want to make a custom made Tremere Bloodline that is a mix of then and a Malkavian, the ideia was to make then have a unic dicipline that is a mix of Dementation and Thaumatology, but I don't know how to mix that and make it playable.
The ideia is that the founder of the bloodline was a Ghoul of 4th Gen Malkavian that was an Occult Nut and great sorcerer that was embraced into the Tremere.
