hello everyone! i cannot say how happy it makes me that there's a subreddit for this console, it's one of my faves. i just restored my old vsmile pocket, wiping it down with some alcohol to get all the dirt and debris off. but now it doesn't work that well.

it won't run on batteries, so i have to plug it into an adapter. i'm pretty sure the adapter is kind of finicky, but i also think the console itself has something wrong. it was stuck in bootloop for a few good minutes. the furthest i can get in finding nemo is the pixar and disney logos, then it turns off. toy story 2 straight up will not work.

does anyone have any advice for me? i really want this console to work, my regular vsmile is in storage and i don't have room in my bags to bring it home with me (storage in portland, live in las vegas). if i need to get it serviced, if any of the 100 of you happen to know where i could get it serviced in portland, oregon or las vegas... please let me know!!
