My friend and I are playing on a USW official g-portal pve server, last night as I was playing, I got disconnect like 3 times within 10 minutes, and after that when I try to log in, I see this message "You are banned".

It's a hella fun game, especially building up and going out on hunt with friends, but I am not sure what I did wrong to get banned (as in, no message saying what the offense was). We can hop to different server and start over, but losing progress for no apparently reason is not fun. What can I do to get my progress back? What would you guys do?

p.s just found out maybe it might not be an official server after all, name says so, but the setting says otherwise. Well, first game so I guess we learn something new.
