Any unique slasher weapons?

I've killed a skeleton commander I think and got a "The General's Soul Reaper" blueprint, which is a spell focused reaper.
Since I'm not that fond of the slow weapons, do you guys know any similar weapons that are spell focused, but is a slasher instead of a reaper or anything else? Gear level 18 or above.
