I currently have all of the parts to my Voron 2.4 350mm incoming although it’ll be about a month before everything has arrived. I’ve been working on the printed ABS parts on my Ender 3 V2 and just cannot get them to come out right so far. I’ve worked on adhesion, chamber temp and various levels of brim, skirt, and raft settings. Currently trying to print with a draft shield, but I’m starting to get a bit concerned that this will be my biggest hold up on the whole project. Especially with so many parts to be printed. Can I get some tips for printing these better or a good source to just purchase quality printed parts so this isn’t my downfall. Using Hatchbox red ABS with 110c heat on the bed and 230c hot end. I’ve got my flow calibrated down to 83.33% based on tests I ran. PID calibration was recently completed and I’ve adjusted my E-steps….. oh yeah, and bed is level.
I want this to look great in the end considering how much I’ve already put into it, and all of the 3rd party providers seem to send junky looking parts. Any help would be much appreciated.
I just printed my Voron 2.4 parts with an ender 3v2.
I used cardboard to build my enclosure. (Janky, but hey it works.) I did have some minor warping on the corners of a few parts, but overall they were useable although not very aesthetically pleasing.
If you don’t want to wait for PiF, the easiest thing to do would be to build a temporary enclosure. One of the easiest ways to warp ABS is printing in a drafty environment. And I hate the ender 3 fan shroud because it blows a lot of air below the hotend.

Have you tried using brims? Also if posting some pictures could be helpful, so others might be able to see exactly what problems are happening.
