I want to help people to fix computers remotely via TeamViewer. Where to post?

Hello, I have a cerebral palsy, so it is hard for me to go to people's homes to help them fix computers. But I really want to help and I have a degree as a computer technician. So, maybe you know about opportunities, that I can use?
I'm located in Riga, Latvia. My Latvian, Russian and English is fluent, If that matters.
