Ideas to reduce noise from home drills and other home drill ideas?

Post Body

Hello! College player always trying to find different ways to get touches. When I was living at home, I loved wall passing, wall setting, plyometric workouts, etc. Now, I live in on the second floor of an apartment building (older renovated building with wood floors) and I am very conscious regarding the noise I make. Wall drills are very difficult noise-wise, as it sounds like I am hammering even if I am just wall-passing. Same thing with plyo workouts, the jumping is difficult to keep quiet.

I currently get as much gym time as I humanly can, so the solution I am looking for is not to just do work outside of my apartment. Just wondering if anyone else has come up with some favorite at home solutions and looking for some creativity.
