Pukekos (swamp hens) ripping my grow guards off!

Went herbicing last week and had to stop and put over 50% of my grow guards over the vines because they were either out or resting on the vine. I thought it must have been the guy working with me just being lazy.
Just went out for a look and it’s back to the same. Turns out it’s asshole pukekos scrounging for bugs. Now I have to go and peg down all my grow guards 🤦♂️
