Can't unscrew 3g module. Stripped screw heads

So tried to install a psvsd adapter in the 3g module, that way I can still play my physical games and have an sd card. Unscrewing the case was easy. No issues. Trying to unscrew the 3g card screws just wouldn't work. I tried with lots of force, using bigger and smaller phillips heads, flatheads, using pliers. I can't unscrew this damn thing. It's like they didn't ever want this thing to come unscrewed. It seemed like the screws had almost no indention so my philips screwdrivers wouldn't grip it. I don't know what to do now. Do I use a small drill bit and drill the screws out? Can I get replacement screws?
