So many posts are help me, reassure me, I’m anxious, I’m overthinking and I think one of the best ways to go about it all is to prioritize control over your thought process and emotions regarding it. At least for me, there will be times when I feel like it’s almost un-noticeable, when I’m out with friends, drinking and laughing, focusing on a task or hobby, and then of course I have a visual disturbance and I start to feel like I spiral. Im doing my best to work on having a better grip over my visual anxiety and obsessiveness and I think it would help a lot of people as well.
