Has anyone got this symptom?

I sometimes get this weird flash that's pretty persistent. It fades after a while but when you close your eyes, you can see the outline of it and when you open your eyes, it's in your vision again for a fraction of a second and then fades. It can take a while for it to completely go away. Anyone got this or knows what it is?
