”seein” your own pupl

So last night i didnt sleep very well and at one point i woke up with my left vision just bobbin up and down, but it was wierd cause it was like i was lookin from behind the pupil at the pupil itself, also had my tinnitus in my left ear going in rythm with the eye movement.. theyboth calmed down after a few senconds but it was a scary experience.. anyone know what i talk about?
