Weird glare type object in eye when blinking in semi bright lit areas.

Size of it changes if I’m looking close or far away. They usually start off as black for a split second and then change to a glare type disturbance. Lasts for a few minutes and then it’s gone.
Stationary in eye so not sure if related to floaters.
They are never in center of vision when they occur.
Anyone else experience something similar?
