Stuck in Totono.

After i get 'imprisoned' i had some trouble with getting out of those same repetitive scenes. I did some research and i saw that you needed to raise or lower Miyuki affection levels until you can snatch her phone. I got past that part after Aoi's deletionand now i dont have any choices left. If i leave the game on skip it will go on forever. What am i supposed to do now? Is this some kind of ending? Do i have to restart or delete a file? Please, help! :)
