http://4infinity.co/ Aksys has been hosting this countdown teaser site for about 3 months now, and it recently changed from a month/week countdown to a day/hour/minute/second countdown that ends on Friday 7/3 at 1PM PST. This happens to be the same time Aksys is holding a panel at LA Anime Expo, and the numbers on the teaser site are coordinates for the LA convention center where LAX is happening. So we know there will be some announcement come Friday that Aksys thinks is big enough to tease 3 months in advance.

As far as what the announcement will be, /r/zeroescape has been exploding about the possibility that it could be Zero Escape 3, although it could also be a new entry in the Infinity series, or a proper English release of the older Infinity VNs. Here are the hints that suggest it may be ZE3:

• Kotaro Uchikoshi, director of the Infinity and Zero Escape series, has tweeted about 4infinity teaser site regularly. He has also made several cryptic comments about his unannounced next project.
  
• The 4infinity site is hosted by Aksys, a publisher that has localized several Japanese games. They are also responding to tweets about the 4infinity site. Aksys handled the NA release of both Zero Escape games, but were not responsible for the one Infinity game that was released in English.
• Rising Star Games is another publisher that handles European localization. They also responded to 4infinity related tweets. They were responsible for the European release of Virtue's Last Reward, the second Zero Escape game.
• The only thing all 3 of these parties have worked together on is Zero Escape.
• One of the words on the teaser site is 1/216 which can be written as 1/6³ or 6^-3. This may be an obtuse reference to Radical 6, a plot point in VLR that related to the square root of 6, or 6^0.5.

I'm cautiously optimistic that it's Zero Escape 3. We'll find out Friday.
