Need recommendations to chart my sexual escapades

My friends and I are having an end-of-the-year group discussion about our sex lives and our previous partners. I'm creating a presentation in which I want to find the best visualization options for the information from this spreadsheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14XNW02rZspQLfYsNmlrxCLOOxXa2Zw7Lwt4QBcsxgoQ/edit?usp=sharing). I don't know if I can find something that will tie every column and cell together but I do want to try to highlight any correlation between the data points.
