I realized that the "newest" Deckard speculation thread is like 9months old. With a reveal coming closer i wondered if anybode is interested in a new one? With the specs of its competitors being mostly known (Varjo Aero, Meta Cambria, Pimax 12K QLED) i guess we have lot better ground for some quality speculation.

I'll go first:

• tracking: insideout but support for lighthouse
• price: 1000$, 1400$ with lighthouse & controllers
• FOV: same or maybe slightly better as current Index
• display: microOLED or QLED with something between 2500 - 3000px
• apu: some version of the steam deck AMD Mendocino, maybe a secondary ARM Chip for networking
• MAYBE eyetracking

I know Valve is always going for "revolution" and not really "evolution" - however i don't see something really revolutionary feasibly in the next 1-2 years. Some Index 3 might get a brain computer interface and verifocal lenses.
