How long can you wear your headset without it getting uncomfortable?

I just wondered because Youtuber Thrillseeker mentions in like every other video that he spents hours each day in VR.
I have a Quest 1 and everything over 90minutes is getting pretty uncomfortable, i was considering 3d printing a batterypack, however i figured i wouldn't need the extra batterylife.
