ALP Virtual Table Shake and Button Feedback

Hi everyone, new to this group, just got my AtGames Legends table. I’ve got 2 questions.

Has anyone else had difficulty with the virtual table shaking during normal game play as if you had pressed one of the Tilt side buttons? This has happened to me a lot, and I’ve been very careful to not press the physical tilt button. I can’t tell if that is just part of the gameplay or not.

Other question is on the physical feedback when I press a flipper button. I don’t think I feel it. I’ve adjusted some settings, but I still don’t think I feel or hear it. Are the stock solenoids just that week?
