I have been trying to follow the video linked above step by step until the part at 7:19 where it asks to select a start up disk. He finds an .iso file immediately and I had to search for mine. The one I have selected gives me the error that is listed in the title of the post. Its definitely a file I shouldn't have even used but today is the first day I have ever attempted to install or use a virtual machine.

I have Windows 10 Pro installed on a Lenovo Thinkpad T440s and VirtualBox 6.0 is installed.

Any insight/opinion is greatly appreciated.
