Being on the spectrum makes you undesirable

At least that’s what I’ve put together. I’m 18, and on the autism spectrum. I’ve never had many friends, and I tend to drive girls away, because people think I’m annoying when I try to socialize. It’s not really just about sex, but rather a relationship. If I could have both, that would be great
