Help, I need your guys opinion on my bike.

I’ve got a 1996 535 with 9,000 miles on it, got it when she had 6,000. Starts fine if I leave my battery on a tender every 4-5 days, but thats not my worry right now. About 6 weeks ago, I noticed that I can’t make it past 65 mph, I’ve tried messing with the pilot screw to see if that helps but I think she’s not breathing right. Anyone have any other ideas?
