Björk’s live album “Vulnicura Live” is probably one of the best live albums in my collection and in general. Obviously I got my handle inspiration from one of my favorite Björk tracks (Venus As A Boy) and she has been a huge inspiration to me throughout my life and my own personal art. The tracks on this album speak volumes to me especially ‘Stonemilker’ and ‘Not Get.’ As someone who has gone through hurdles in a LTR that has ended finally, the lyrics of these tracks resonate with me so much. BUT the beauty of this album (and any Björk setlist) is how she hand picks tracks from her previous releases and updates them to sounds that match the current tour/album cycle and that are on theme lyrically with the album (I.E. the updated version of ‘Come to Me’ or ‘Undo’…. Brings me to fucking tears) chefs kiss Something about the water in Iceland apparently because every artist I know from there kills it every time
