Digitalizing my collection

Hello everyone, if theres anyone who knows what im getting at, please chime in. Im using an audio technia turntable with the usb connection to my pc but i havent been able to find a good program to use to dub the records and set meta data and such. Ive tried audacity but the tutorials dont seem to match the application i have installed and i cant get past dubbing one entire side of the album. Any insight or suggestions are welcomed!
