Not sure why my account was blocked?

I made a vinted account for the first time yesterday night and favorited a lot of things I was going to look into, and even sent a bundle offer to someone. I went to log in this morning and I was blocked for suspicious activity. Does this usually happen?? I’m so confused. And it seems permanent because I don’t have an unblock date or anything on the screen. Obviously I’m new to vinted so I’m not sure how it works.
