Is there an issue with funds clearing from Vinted?

Sold a pair of boots over 2 weeks ago. Fairly high value (£40) Deal was completed, feedback added etc etc yet funds still not cleared into my account!
Asked Vinted various times and fobbed off with same “bot” responses each time.
Any advice to escalate this or just bide my time?
