Hey all, looking for some advice. I sold a clearly brand new item, still sealed and the seller is trying to say we sent completely different goods. We have raised a query with vinted, but are we likely to still get our money? We are not happy to have a return as it's likely they will send us rubbish back. Does this happen a lot?
