I’ve just made my first buy on Vinted and this happened what i have to do? Am i just got scammed?

So I’m from Italy and I’ve just bought a perfume from Belgium, after I’ve made the transaction this alert came up in the chat with the seller. The seller (I think) is reliable since it has 5 stars with 183 reviews. Am i just got scammed or is something that can happen?
