I bought a book "new with price tag". After I have received it, I was shocked, because the book is missing pages. The child of the seller cut it out and even colored pages.

I had no other button to do something, just I have a problem. I wrote in the description that I would like to send it on her own money back as it is rubbish.

She denies that there were missing pages or anything, but she accepted INMEDIATELY the return. However she laughing about me further, because she does not want to have any agree.

I paid 7 euro with everything for a book what normally 15 euro costs.
She was even saying that the book was 15 euro, so I should sht up.

Is there any chance, that I get refund? What should I press further to have it escalated? I can't even say that I will try to resell it, because this book is utterly RUBBISH!

And oke, I am too late, but I saw that it is not the first time that she is doing business this way. She is 300 cases, and her and there you can see 1 stars, with the same problem about the rubbish with new tag. And she denies it under that in her reply....
