Hello I’ve just used Vinted for the first time and realise I’ve done something a bit silly. Hopefully not the end of the world but I’d like to know how to fix it if I can.

The same buyer bought two different items at the same time. I think she tried to bundle them together but it didn’t work (I’ve got bundles switched off but the error message said one item wasn’t available, I wondered if she’d bought one and then tried to add the other one). Anyway no problem I thought, I replied to one notification saying thanks, I’ll ship tomorrow and I’ve seen your other purchase too, thanks for that as well. She sent me a nice reply so that was all ok.

It made sense to me at the time to send both things in one package but I didn’t really think it through. So now Vinted can see I sent one but thinks I haven’t sent the other, and so I guess none of the rest of the process will work - she won’t be able to mark it received, the money won’t get released etc etc! Also I thought I could save her the postage money. I’m used to eBay is all I can say as my excuse , I didn’t realise it was all so automated

Is there anything I can do to mark it sent to her, or tie them together?
